I'm a humanitarian at heart, with a life deeply shaped by faith and service.
Professionally, I spent more than a decade in global health before becoming a coach, curator, and experience designer. The work looks different now, but the question underneath it hasn't really changed: how do we create the environments, systems, and experiences that help people and communities flourish?
In global health, I explored that question through programs, systems, behavioral science, and community-centered work. Today, I explore that same question through strategy, coaching, curation, and experience design.
The common thread is people. I care deeply about the whole person becoming whole. I'm interested not only in what people can produce, but in who they are becoming — and in creating the conditions for them to grow, heal, discover, and flourish.
I have an eye for potential — often seeing gifts and possibilities in people before they see them themselves. I'm drawn to creating the opportunities and environments that help what's already there take shape and flourish.
Today, that work takes several forms. I lead BeautiFire, a Christian community centered on healing and transformation, and Allec Collective, where that same commitment to people and flourishing takes shape through coaching, consulting, curation, and production.
The tools may change. The question remains: what would it take for this person, vision, organization, or community to flourish?
For the person — helping someone understand where they are, discern what matters, develop capacity, and determine how they want to move forward.
For the vision — helping a leader turn an idea into a program, organization, initiative, strategy, or implementation plan.
For the experience — when the vision needs to become something people feel, not just hear.
For the support — when meaningful work needs greater operational capacity.
