ALLEC COLLECTIVE Coaching · Consulting · Creative · Services Work With Us

Built for the many ways meaningful work moves forward.

Allec Collective is a multidisciplinary practice supporting people, ideas, organizations, and experiences as they grow, take shape, and move forward.

We believe good work rarely needs just one thing. A person may need clarity before taking the next step. A vision may need structure before it can grow. An experience may need thoughtful design before it can be felt. And meaningful work often needs greater capacity to keep moving.

Allec Collective was built for those different moments.

Rather than approaching every challenge with the same tool, we bring together distinct disciplines — coaching, consulting, creative production, and practical support — each designed to meet a different kind of need.

Sometimes one is enough. Sometimes the work calls for more than one.

How We Think About the Work

We look at the whole picture.

The person behind the idea.

The vision taking shape.

The systems that will support it.

The experience people will have.

The capacity required to sustain it.

Because moving something forward isn't only about getting it done. It's about creating the right conditions for it to grow, work well, and become what it has the potential to be.

That is the thinking behind Allec Collective.

Zehra Talib

For more than a decade, I worked in global health, exploring what helps people and communities flourish through programs, systems, behavioral science, and community-centered work. Over time, I realized that the question at the heart of that work was much bigger than any one field.

I was interested in people — not only in what they could achieve, but in who they were becoming.

That curiosity has shaped the work I've built since. Today, the tools look different: strategy, coaching, curation, and experience design. But the work still begins in the same place — understanding people, recognizing what is possible, and creating the conditions for that possibility to take shape.

I've always had an eye for potential. I often see gifts, ideas, and possibilities in people before they fully recognize them themselves. And I've found that seeing potential is only the beginning. What matters is creating the environment, opportunity, structure, and support that allow what's already there to grow.

That's what I mean when I talk about the whole person becoming whole. I care about what people build and contribute, but I care just as deeply about the person doing the building — their healing, identity, growth, purpose, and capacity to flourish.

Today, that conviction takes shape through two expressions of my work: BeautiFire, a Christian community centered on healing, identity, purpose, and becoming; and Allec Collective, where I bring together coaching, consulting, creative production, and practical support to help people and meaningful work move forward.

The expressions are different, but the question that started it all remains: How do we create the conditions in which people and communities can flourish?
